Catalogue updates after saving
Dish availableMenu and channels
Staff edit a dish in FoodCode and check the relevant channels instead of entering each menu again.
How it works
Fill in the dish
Add its name, photo, ingredients, price and options, such as a pizza size or extra toppings.
Choose where it appears
Enable delivery and QR visibility separately. Translate names and descriptions into your enabled languages when needed.
Check the guest menu
Open your website, QR or Telegram. Fresh page loads use the saved catalogue; a tablet needs to download an update.
Send data to maps
Download XLSX/YML or copy the feed URL. Check the service requirements and connect the source in its business account.

Plan and connections
- FREE includes a website, QR and uploads of your own photos. Telegram, tablets, custom colours and your own domain require a FoodCode subscription.
- A custom domain requires DNS access and verification. Map services require rights to the company profile; acceptance in your account must be checked separately.
What to consider
- Base dish prices are shared between locations; availability can differ through location stop lists. Separate location prices are not currently supported.
- The tablet uses the network catalogue without a location selector. Updates require internet; externally hosted photos are not cached offline.
- Map exports omit modifiers, translations and location stop lists. Check format, currency and acceptance with the service; updates are not instant.
Common questions
Which data is shared?
Names, photos, ingredients, base prices, modifiers, translations and global availability live in one catalogue. Delivery and QR visibility are separate settings.
Will map menus change immediately?
No. FoodCode creates the file and feed, while the service handles upload, checks and publication. Uploaded files need uploading again; connected feeds follow the service’s schedule.
Can guests send orders through QR?
A subscription supports table ordering with a table number and payment at the venue. In the free mode, guests show their collected order to the waiter.
