Set up fulfilment
Choose which locations offer delivery and pickup. Set opening hours, areas, minimum amounts and delivery charges.
Check the guest journey
Guests choose dishes, fulfilment and an address or location. The system checks the area, availability and checkout conditions.
Receive and accept orders
Orders appear in the dashboard; a connected bot sends Telegram notifications. Staff confirm orders and change their status.
Arrange delivery
Hand the order to your own courier or use a supported connected Yandex Delivery workflow. Courier services cost extra.

Delivery areas and charges
Set a charge, minimum and free delivery threshold for each area. The calculation uses the actual address and current basket.

Online payments
T-Bank handles online guest payments in Russia. The restaurant receives funds through its own terminal; acquiring fees cost extra.

- Orders, areas, payments and notifications are included in the FoodCode subscription. Configure your menu, locations, hours and fulfilment methods first.
- Payments require a provider agreement and account. A settings field does not mean the connection has already been verified.
What to consider
- Closed locations, manual pauses and unavailable dishes are checked at checkout. Scheduled orders for a future time are not currently implemented.
- FoodCode does not provide a team of couriers. Acquiring fees and external courier services are charged separately by their providers.
- The current automatic Yandex courier flow requires Click. T-Bank compatibility is not implemented: use your own couriers in RU and discuss external connections separately.
Common questions
Does FoodCode take a percentage of each order?
FoodCode sells a subscription rather than charging per order. Bank acquiring fees and external courier work are separate.
Can we use our own courier?
Yes. Set delivery areas and charges, receive orders and hand them to your courier. A separate courier dashboard and GPS tracking are not available yet.
How is the location selected?
Guests choose their pickup location. Delivery kitchens are resolved from the address area; availability and hours are checked again. Automatic rerouting requires the restaurant’s enabled setting.
